How do I get the Quotes Without Becoming A Member?
You action a quick quote that asks for the minimum amount of information to give you a quote. You will be then directed to your business services request screen, where responses to your request will be shown. However as you have opted not to become a member, we have no information about you, so you will need to revisit your business service request screen for all updates, either by saving the URL as a favorite in your browser or recovering the url from the initial email we sent you
How do I get the Quotes As A Member?
Becoming a member gives you benefits such as being able to retrieve new and previous quotes more easily. There is no need to re-enter address details for every request you make. There is a communication system that allows you to communicate with the business advisers and specialists. We never give or sell any of of your personal information to anyone, without exception!
Am I obliged to use the services if I make a request?
No, absolutely not. When you receive quotes its completely up to you to contact any supplier you wish to use their services and agree a price for the business support you receive, or not.
How much does it cost?
It is totally free to action online business service requests. If you choose to contact us via phone, there is a charge associated with this service which is clearly marked on our home page
Will other companies use my telephone number?
No. If you enter an office and home telephone number we do pass that information to our suppliers so they may contact you should they quote on your business support services' request but no other company will receive your mobile phone number or email address.
How do I stop receiving Quotes via SMS?
We are currently not utlising SMS.
How do I make a Request for Business Services?
To make a Business Service Request simply fill in this form, there is no longer any need to register with CarSpareFinder. When making a Request select the business service you need for your business, then enter the address you wish to have the services delivered and sit back and wait for the quotes to be presented to you!
How many requests can I make?
As many as you like. When you make a request you can choose up to 5 different specialist areas, each business discipline selected will generate a separate request for a business service.
How long does a Request for a Business Service last?
A Business Service Request will remain active until any of the following conditions are met:
- A maximum of 9 quotes are received .
- The request grows older than 24 HOURS.
- The request is cancelled by you or BusinessServiceFinder Administration.

During office hours, this can vary between 10 minutes, next working day and a week. All specialists are measured on response times. The specialist could well be working on an important project, and it is possible that they may take 48 hours to pick up the specific request for their services.
Can I telephone my request?
Not currently. If you would prefer to discuss your business advice and support in further detail we strong advise to make a request for business services using the free online form, and then you will be able to contact the business support professionals directly. In the future a consumer support call centre will allow you to call ONLINE ONLY (Calls cost £1.50 per minute from a BT land line but calls from other networks may vary.) during standard office hours.
How much will I save?
