No refunds will be given by Business Service Finder to any consumer for business support services incorrectly ordered or any business support services supplied incorrectly. The consumer is responsible for checking and monitoring that the business advice and assistance provided is appropriate and correct, and that any problems with any business support professional or organisation provided, the consumer has the sole responsibility to take up the issue with the business support organisation or supplier directly. Business Service Finder will do their best to assist in issues on a 'best efforts basis' but does not guarantee any refunds, or successful conclusion to a consumer.
